• All silver jewelry is made of 92.5% pure silver and may be stamped or hallmarked as per regional standards.

Prices

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well.

Prices on Pearly Penny  are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Pearly Penny merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

Online Order Cancellations  

If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at  orders@pearlypenny.com

They can be canceled at any time up until the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore please return the parcel for a refund when it is received. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalization e.g. engraving. 

Late or Lost Deliveries

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - Delhi very, FedEx deems items as “lost” after this amount of time. We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place. 

Disclaimer of liability

 If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged, or in the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an email along with a video of unboxing the product and the product will only be exchanged if it's damaged during the transit. If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund, or replace any damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.  

The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), personal injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
