Return Window
7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be: unworn and undamaged · in original packaging with all tags attached · with original invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings (hygiene reasons) · Customised or engraved pieces · Final sale / clearance items · Gift cards..
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email hello@pearlypenny.in — "Return Request — Order #[XXXX]" — within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged/defective.
3. We respond within 24–48 hours with return authorisation and pickup instructions.
4. Pack securely in original packaging, hand to courier partner.
5. Refund/exchange processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges for a different size or equal/higher-value style. If higher value, pay the difference. For a completely different product, initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Timeline
Online Payments: Refunded to original method within 5–7 business days of return receipt. COD Orders: Store credit or NEFT bank transfer — share bank details with our support team.
Defective or Wrong Item
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost.
