Our Promise
Every Pearly Penny piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails due to how we made it — not how you wore it — we'll repair or replace it. No expiry date. No fine print.
What is Covered
Manufacturing defects including: stones or settings falling under normal wear · clasp or fastening failures · structural metalwork defects · abnormal tarnishing within 3 months of purchase with documented proper care.
What is Not Covered
Accidental breakage or dropping · damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, or improper storage · loss or theft · normal gradual wear over years · modifications made outside of Pearly Penny.
How to Claim
Email hello@pearlypenny.in — "Warranty Claim — Order #[XXXX]" — with order number, defect description, and clear photos. We respond within 3–5 business days. Valid claims include covered domestic return shipping.
Resolution
We'll repair the piece, replace it with the same or equivalent item, or offer store credit — depending on availability and condition.
