Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking link once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard: 3–7 business days, 19,000+ pincodes. Express: 1–2 business days at select pincodes. Free Shipping: All orders above ₹2,499. Same-Day/Next-Day: Select metro cities — check at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship to 50+ countries. Delivery: 7–14 business days. Shipping charges calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track via our Track Order page or the courier's website. No tracking info within 48 hours of order confirmation? Email hello@pearlypenny.in.


Undelivered / RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information at checkout.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@pearlypenny.in with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
