All transactions secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment gateway (Razorpay) is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store card or bank account details on our servers.


Order Confirmation

Email + SMS confirmation within minutes of successful payment. No confirmation within 1 hour? Email hello@pearlypenny.in with your transaction reference number.


Failed Payments

If payment fails, no charge is deducted — or any accidental charge will be refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. Retry with the same or a different method. Issues persisting? Contact us.
