Return your Pearly Penny pieces — whenever you're ready — for store credit towards your next purchase. Our commitment to circular, responsible jewellery ownership.
Eligibility
All pieces purchased from pearlypenny.in, regardless of purchase date. Must be: identifiably a Pearly Penny product · in wearable condition (not severely broken or missing major components) · accompanied by order number if available.
Buy-Back Credit Value
• Good condition (minimal surface wear): Up to 30% of original purchase price as store credit.
• Fair condition (visible wear, light tarnish): Up to 15% of original purchase price.
Assessment is at Pearly Penny's discretion. Store credit is non-transferable with no cash value.
How to Initiate
1. Email hello@pearlypenny.in — "BuyBack Request — [Product / Order #]".
2. Share clear photos from multiple angles.
3. Credit offer sent within 5 business days.
4. If accepted, ship to us (domestic shipping at your cost).
5. Credit applied within 3 days of receiving the item.
